7.581 STUDENTS IN MANGGARAI TIMUR ATTEND EXAMINATION

The elementary students in Manggarai Timur regency attended national examination on May 16, 2016.

Education quality improvement is one of the ways to improve development in our country. Related with that opinion, examination held for the students is the instrument used to know the students capacity.

About 7.581 students of 313 elementary schools in Manggarai Timur Regency attended national examination. The examination started from May 16, 2016 and finished on May 18, 2016. This information was said by Drs. Yosef Durahi, the secretary of PPO Department of Manggarai Timur Regency on May 16, 2016 at his office.

According to Durahi, examination held on this year is different with examination that held last year. On this year, national examination held in two stages. The first examination held in provincial level and the second examination held in regency level. He also hoped that through the examination, students can be tested, so they can become independent and intelligent students. (Mulia Donan/Jko)
