| The situation of pekan tilawatil Qur'an opening ceremony on May 2, 2016 |
Kupang, Cakrawala NTT
Held
at the Studio 1 of LPP RRI Kupang on May 2, 2016, the event are followed by
some muslim students. This is an annual event of LPP RRI Kupang with the agenda
of reading Qur’an competition and a quiz that based on the knowledge on Qur’an.
The representative from Kupang City government who attended the event is the
second assisten of Kupang city regional sectretary, Mr. Jamal Mila Meha. He is
also invited by the commite of the event to open the festival officially.
In
his speech, Jamal said that this kind of activity is very useful for the young
muslim generation especially in Kupang, they will gain a lot of religious
knowledge to help them improving their mentality development. The event also
attended by the reprentative from the religion department, the head of LPTQ
Kota Kupang (Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Quran (Indonesian : Institution of
Tilawati Quran Development)Mr. Iskandar Kapitan, The head of Dewan Dakwah
Kupang (council on islamic mission) Haji Rahmat Belen. All of the guests are
welcome by the PLH head of LPP RRI Kupang, Aser Rihi Tugu. In his speech, he
said that the students should aim for a higher target in the competition, not
only the act of participation but also an achievement. (Armando)
