ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF POLTEKES KEMENKES KUPANG HOLDS JOURNALISM TRAINING

All the participants of journalism training of Environmental Health Department of Poltekes Kemenkes Kupang posed together with MPC NTT team on May 28, 2016.

Environmental Health Department of Poltekes Kemenkes Kupang in cooperating with Media Pendidikan Cakrawala NTT (MPC NTT) held journalism training for the students. The training that was held on May 28, 2016 in one of the rooms of Environmental Health Department was attended by 20 students. Informants from MPC NTT who presented the materials for the students were Edy Lamawato, Robertus Fahik, Eman Nara Sura, Jefry Kolo and also Roby Kaka.

In the opening ceremony of that training, Edy Lamawato said that students need to improve their writing skill. He said that by writing, students not only present material for the readers but students also can publish their selves and their campus to be known by the others. After opening ceremony, students were presented material about how to write news and also article.

The training was done well. All the students attended the training enthusiastically. In their group which was divided by informant, the students learnt to express their ideas in form of writing. Ones, one of the participants said that he was very happy in attending the training. “Actually by attending this training, I was motivated to write my own article,” said Ones. (Jko)
